A standard collar is the most common type of dog collar, it has a release buckle so that you can unclip it before placing it around your pet’s neck.
A house collar is made of a single loop with no buckle, it is slipped over your dogs head and then adjusted to fit. These collars are designed to wear indoors and are more comfortable than collars with a buckle and so can be left on at all times with your pet I.D tag attached. Many dogs use these collars when out on walks but it is advised that for sighthound breeds you use a martingale collar when out walking.
A martingale collar is a collar specifically designed for use when walking your dog. The martingale is made with two loops, the back loop slides over your dogs head and is then adjusted to fit, the front loop has an attachment for your lead and is designed to tighten gently when your dog pulls.

All products are machine washable on a cool cycle. Any products with buckles or clips should be placed inside a tied pillowcase to prevent damage during the wash.
Do not tumble dry, please place products flat or hang up in a warm area.
Items such as bandanas and bows may need a little iron once dry to help smooth out any creases.

Made to order items - The majority of our items are made to order, I aim to have your items made within 1 week of purchase and they will then be posted, therefore it could take up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase to receive your order. if you have a large order or I am experiencing a large number of orders it may take a little longer.
Please take the turnaround times into consideration before ordering, I will complete orders in the order they are placed and unfortunately cannot move your order in front of another customer’s.

All products must be sent on a signed for or tracked service. This is because if in the rare instance an item is lost in transit I will need to place a claim.
